Philosophy and Goal
Our philosophy at Affordable Fillers of Chattanooga is simply…“Why not you?” In the past facial rejuvenation with Botox and Dermal Fillers treatments were reserved for the affluent, but today many hard-working and cost-conscious women and men are asking for refreshing facial rejuvenation with Botox, Dysport and Dermal Fillers for the themselves and at reasonable prices.
Since 2008 our goal is to provide the best, safest and most affordable Facial Rejuvenation treatments in Chattanooga. Our Free Consults are designed to give Dr. Gary and Nurse Lacy, LPN, a face to face meeting that will help them help you better understand the safe non-surgical options available to looking your best and feeling better about yourself. Meet the Team
Gary Gesualdi, MD – owner
Dr. Gary Gesualdi has been featured in Chattanooga Times Free Press, Nooga.com and local broadcast affiliates NBC, ABC, and CBS TV as an expert in the area of dermal fillers and minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures that help people look and feel better. "Dr Gary" performed “Live” Botox®, Juvederm® and Filler FaceLift treatments for the benefit of educating TV viewers.
Gary Gesualdi, MD specializes in Non-invasive Facial Cosmetic treatments and is a diplomat member of the National FaceLift Association. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1979 and received his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School in 1983. He has served as a distinguished member of the American Medical Association for over 40 years.
Gary Gesualdi, MD stays abreast with the newest advances in facial aesthetics and dermal fillers by ongoing attendance at seminars and hands-on workshops as part of the required Continue Medical Education for all cosmetic doctors. He also trains nurse practitioners in advanced Botox and dermal filler injection techniques.
Robin Kennedy – office manager
Robin is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 30 years experience and over 11 years of experience successfully managing this Medical Aesthetics practice. She is a highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and energetic manager with superb competencies in a variety of administrative skills and responsibilities.
Robin creates the office’s relaxing atmosphere by running an ultra-friendly and efficient office. Robin plays a huge role in our reputation of providing over-the-top customer service and is responsible for insuring our professional image continues to grow in a positive direction.
Robin has a unique talent for interacting favorably with people of various backgrounds and provides us with extraordinary front-office services. Many patients praise Robin for her kindness, sweet personality, patience and in-depth knowledge about all things related to our services, products, costs and pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care.
Originally from Soddy Daisy, Robin now lives in East Brainerd with her husband Clay and son Branson. She is very enthusiastic about boating and her family and an awesome fun-loving band of her close friends who all spend most of the summer enjoying themselves on Harrison Bay. Robin and her family love all things football and is an avid (sometimes ferocious) Vols fan!
Lacy Gill is our cosmetic nurse injector and is a highly trained and experienced facial aesthetics professional. Nurse Lacy is certified in Facial Aesthetics Masters program by the American Association Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.
Lacy Gill attributes a lot of her extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and master-level injection techniques to having had the privilege, while injecting at a local med-spa, to be trained by some of the top cosmetic surgeons specializing facial aesthetics. This includes hands-on workshops with Dr. Steven Weiner, a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon. Dr. Weiner has taught his innovative injection techniques to plastic surgeons and nurse injectors all over the world.
Nurse Lacy Gill left a local med-spa in September, 2021 because she was ready to take her already highly successful career to a new level. Four other local medspas tried to recruit her while at her former employers and that bolstered her confidence. Lacy knew then that she was destined for a leadership role and partnering position in the Facial Aesthetic industry. We are so excited and honored that Nurse Lacy chose Affordable Fillers of Chattanooga to be her new permanent home! Lacy resides in Rock Spring, Georgia with her husband Jeremy and son Brady. She enjoys the outdoors and enthusiastically coaches her son’s baseball team.
